3-ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCESS:
Artesanía Infantil Sonata does not keep stock; all items are made to order. Once payment is received, we will begin working on your order.

Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please send proof of payment.
4-DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders typically take 35 to 40 days to be completed.
If the order is small, we may be able to ship it earlier.
If the order does not include many different models, we can work faster. If it contains many different models, the process slows down since each garment is individually cut.
5-SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via DHL express, Fedex, Correos Express, Ups, Correos.
6-RETURN AND MODIFICATION POLICY:
Artesanía Infantil Sonata sells directly to stores and processes orders once the requested styles and sizes have been specified.
Returns are not accepted as orders are made according to the customer's direct specifications.
If you wish to change the fabric, colors, or request special measurements, please send us an email, contact us via WhatsApp, or specify it within the order. Once we review the specifications, we will determine if the changes can be made.
